    Residential Districts

    The following is a list of the 36 residential historic districts designated with Historic Preservation (HP) overlay zoning, along with the month and year of its listing.

    • Alvarado
      Located along the intersection of Monte Vista and Alvarado roads, extending north to the Oak Street alignment, east to Third Street and south toward Palm Lane. September 1992 

    (Period of Significance: 1907-1933)

    • Ashland Place

      Generally bounded by Third Street and Virginia, Hoover and Central avenues. May 1992; boundary expansions January 2003, September 2018

      (Period of Significance: 1920-1950)

    Generally bounded by 16th to 20th streets, Culver Street and the alley north of Brill Street. April 2003
