The Phoenix Street Transportation Department oversees the installation and maintenance of street lights in the right-of-way. Residents who observe a street light in need of repair can use the form below to submit a request, or contact the department's 24/7 street light outage hotline at 602-495-5125.
Additionally, if you would like to request a new street light in your community, please click the request form link below. The Street Transportation Department will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
