AutoPay Information

Sign up for AutoPay and you will never have to worry about late payments again.  With AutoPay, your account is paid through an automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account.

Bill Payment Location

You can pay your bill in person at the City of Phoenix Payment Center in Downtown Phoenix or at a Chase Bank branch. Learn about those bill payment locations here.​​ 

​Paperless Billing Information

With Paperless Billing you will stop receiving paper bills and instead you will receive an email notification telling you that your bill is due, or if you are also signed up for AutoPay, the email notification will tell you that your bill will be paid automatically.
