    Smart Notifications

    Smart Notifications for 1st Responders is a voluntary program that allows individuals living in the City of Phoenix to provide additional information to Phoenix Police Officers when responding to incidents at their residence.

    The goal of the program is to create a pathway for the community member or their legal guardian to provide information to the police department regarding mental health concerns, cognitive issues, communication methods, or other concerns.

    To participate in Smart Notifications for 1st Responders program, please complete the application below.​​

    This is information police can use in a future emergency to make the person more comfortable or to help find the person if they are missing. If you have an emergency right now and need immediate assistance please call 988 or 911.
