Accessibility Development Guidelines (ADA and FHA)

The Phoenix Construction Code meets the requirements for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Fair Housing Act (FHA). 

The requirements for accessibility are found in the following currently adopted city codes and standards:​
