​​​Submit Building Plans ​Use our Electronic Plan Review (EPR) System to submit building plans online. Valid email account required for account setup and activation.  ​
​Apply for Building Permits​​​​Selective permits can be acquired online.  For permits requiring plan review, see Building Plan Submission.  Valid email account required for account setup and activation.  
​Pay Fees Online​​Building Plan Review and Permit fees can be paid online.  All fees must be paid in full.  Valid email account required for account setup and activation.  
​​Scheduled Inspection​Once work is complete, schedule inspection online or by calling 602-495-0800.  Have building plan or permit number available.
