Business may be located near another business that may be creating problems because liquor is being sold. Some possible complaints may be broken glass, unwanted guests, underage sales, disturbance of peace and many other issues.

If you're near a business that has a liquor license or is selling without a license, you have a voice. You can report these liquor violations. If you are experiencing problems due to the alcohol sales, please fill out this online form. You may also call the Police Department's special liquor violations number at 602-438-6625*. The department's non-emergency number at 602-262-6151 may also be used report problems.
