Listed below are proposed safety improvement projects that would change current roadway striping. This could include the addition of bicycle lanes, buffered bicycle lanes, edge striping to guide traffic, or parking modifications.
This page also includes the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) in the Street Transportation Department, which includes a comprehensive pavement maintenance program, improvements to existing streets for mobility and safety issues, technology upgrades to signals, building new street and drainage infrastructure, expanding roadways, and much more. The five-year program will provide more than $750 million in improvements to our infrastructure.
